Police: Three-year-old child falls out of minibus on I-81, expected to okay

KIRKWOOD (WBNG) – New York State police say they responded to reports of a child falling out of a bus window while driving on I-81 Saturday evening. Troopers say a three-year-old child was in the rear area of the bus with other children when the child leaned on an emergency window.   Police say it happened shorty after 5 p.m. Officials say two minibuses with several members from an Amish community were traveling south on Interstate 81. center_img Officials then say the emergency window opened and the child fell out onto the interstate near mile marker two in Kirkwood.  The buses immediately turned around and headed back southbound, soon locating the child running along the shoulder of the interstate.   State police say the incident is still under investigation.last_img
