(Photo by Ronald Martinez/Getty Images)The Michigan football team is only a few weeks away from seeing the field for the first time in 2019. Ahead of the season, a new hype video for the team has been released by Michigan fan Luke D’Mello. The video starts with an homage to Marvel’s iconic comic book flip movie opening sequence as the song Arise by The Siege plays in the background. The video begins with some practice highlights before the actual on-field moments begin. Both the offense and the defense take center stage with clips of the top plays from their 10 wins last season. It concludes with a view of the tunnel where the words “The Team” and “Go Blue” are on display. You can take a look at the whole video here: The video has garnered over 27,000 views on YouTube since its release last week.Last year the Wolverines started the season 10-1 and were in a prime position to get into the College Football Playoff. But a loss to Ohio State in The Game knocked them out of Big Ten title contention yet again.Michigan responded by making big changes ahead of 2019. They’re bringing in Alabama coach Josh Gattis to run the offense, who they hope can take quarterback Shea Patterson to the next level. With equally dynamic changes coming to the Ohio State Buckeyes this season, could this be Michigan’s year to break through?
