The Find X featured a motorised slider that housed both the front and rear cameras. The Find X was at the forefront of the completely fullscreen display revolution in 2018. For 2019 though, Oppo will be offering a successor to the Find X and the first details of the flagship Oppo smartphone has surfaced online.Leaked documents reveal that Oppo has filed for certification to the European Union Intellectual Property Office. The certification reveals that Oppo will call its next flagship smartphone Find Z. The certification reveals no other details so far, apart from the name. The Find Z moniker hints that Oppo will be packing another set of exclusive features that will differentiate it heavily from the Find X. The device isn’t expected to be unveiled at the MWC 2019 though, but Oppo could unveil it in the coming months.Previously, the Oppo Find Z appeared on Geekbench where some vital information regarding the key specifications were uncovered. The Find Z, as expected, will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, which will be a staple for all flagship smartphones in 2019. Rumours also suggest the Oppo Find Z could end up debuting Oppo’s 10X hybrid optical zoom technology. The 10x hybrid optical zoom technology is expected to enhance photography performance by bringing in better zooming capabilities than the existing optical zoom in present-day smartphones.The Find Z is also expected to feature Oppo’s new on-screen fingerprint sensor. The new system is expected to bring two-finger authentication. Additionally, rumours also suggest that display will feature a bigger fingerprint sensor compared to the previous version. It is also expected that the find Z will come with Android 9 Pie underneath Oppo’s ColorOS 6.advertisementSimilar to the previous model, the Find Z could also end up featuring Oppo’s SuperVOOC charging technology.
